Our virtual personal training is a great way to keep socially distant while keeping your body active. Exercise your entire body with minimal to no equipment. Energize yourself with easy to follow movement from our outstanding coach!

Had a great workout in the park this past Saturday with the trainers of this new great local personal training business!!! I have done classes with Coach Tawnya previously at another gym and when I heard she was offering personal training and group training classes, I contacted her! While they can work with any fitness level, I would definitely recommend them for any beginner who might be hesitant or not know how to get their fitness program going, as they really make you feel comfortable. Got a great workout with two amazing coaches, Carolyn and Tawnya Saturday morning.  Small group setting, outdoors, and good variety of HIIT exercises with modifications, if needed.   Excellent, personal attention is given to your form and like every good trainer, they are very encouraging and push you to always do your best. I am looking forward to the next class as well as my private training sessions.

Took the Saturday morning free class at El Dorado park.  It was great.  Good area of the park.  Even near a restroom.  The workout was strenuous and alternatives were given if asked.  The trainers Tawnya and Carolyn were awesome.  Along with a great group of people to workout with.  Fun and a great workout.  I highly recommend it.
